Depending on the itinerary you are asking for, we have a research fee to work on your trip that starts at $100 (depending on the complexity of your request) to begin the planning. 

You will receive up to three quotes for the initial fee. If you want more quotes than that, we charge additional fees for each quote.  

If you do not book with us, we retain the fee for the work we have done.  

If we charge you this fee and are unable to provide you with an itinerary based on your answers to this form, we will refund the fee to you.

• Caribbean/Domestic USA/Mexico $50 for hotel, flights, transportation for 1 - 4 people.

• Multiple destinations - $50 per destination

• Cruises - $50 - cruise, flights, transportation for 1 -4 guests

• Guided Tour  - $75, tour and flights for 1-4 guests

• Custom Tour/ FIT for up to 10 days - $150.  Includes 3 - 5 hotel/resort suggestions, flight, transportation, suggested excursions or destination recommendations and, if applicable, rental cars or trains. 

• Customer Tours, 11 or more days - Upon request

• Airline tickets not booked within a pre-packaged tour or cruise - $50 per person. This is in addition to ticket costs.

  • 20 - 50 people - $500
